Apologies for excessive ellipses

[Hel's been feeling off all day, since she woke up. Initially she writes it off as after effects of the night before. She didn't drink much, but maybe there was something in them. The bar looked sketchy, anyway.

She can't seem to shake the feeling, no matter what she does. The cold shower and coffee actually seem to make it worse. But she deals with it and tries to put it at the back of her mind.

Then suddenly, as she was making lunch, her legs just stopped working all together.

She hasn't been on the floor for long, but she's been rapidly deteriorating since she hit the deck. She's pale, more like a real dead body than someone who's partially one. Her vision is swimming, and the part of her body she can feel is on fire and sweating profusely. By the time Yves gets to her, she's managed to roll onto her stomach. The tile is cold against her burning skin, it feels so nice.

His touch is almost a relief. It's grounding, lets her know that at least she's not crazy. This is real, as awful as it is.]

I...don't know. [She's not struggling for air, but it's certainly become labor intensive.] I can't...feel anything past...my stomach.
