OKAY so as I imagine it the Judeo-Christian angels are divided in to a number of squad/divisions, the major two of which are pretty much LAW and ORDER. Gabriel here is the head dude of the law division, which involves barristers and attorneys and QCs and the like.
MICHAEL is Gabriel's bff and pretty much has as much of a raging boner for justice as Gabriel has. I would really REALLY like them to be PB'd by RICHARD ARMITAGE as Lucas North in Spooks because GOD DAMN Armitage you are a badass.

for this fine lady right here, brigantia/briony. i don't mind even slightly what gender either master or apprentice are, but there are a few specifics i'd like to note for the master in particular. briony is a rather tempestuous lady who will sharply go from being a rather calm (even caring, at times) woman to being rather more aggressive and short tempered, so the master would have to be patient enough to deal with this kind of stuff. the master is gifted with indestructibility, which basically means that the only way the master can really be harmed is by old age tbh. given that briony is a goddess of warriors and what have you, someone with a fairly tough military/police/that sort of thing background would be best suited to being her master, and would work as her second in command at the security firm.
the apprentice is more of a free rein! i can't think of any specific personality points that might come in handy, but again some kind of background to do with the military/police/etc might be handy, and they would work in some low level section of the security firm. their gift is PSYCHIC TRACKING which is basically being able to track just about anyone in the world, if they put their mind to it (with the exception of briony herself, since she likes to give her carers the slip and avoid them whenever possible).

i would say that this character would have to be a fella (I'M JUST FEELING THAT OKAY okay), and one with thick skin, because he would be abandoned on a regular basis due to the fact that john and isaac have a problem called Flirting Endlessly (what else is new). this character would most likely be an investigative journalist for john's newspaper, gifted with psychometry, so they can pick up brief visions from inanimate objects because JOHN LIKES GIVING OUT NOSY POWERS. he would also need thick skin because john for one will love to be insufferable towards said apprentice (which may get worse over time given his growing attachment to isaac and resentment that one day said apprentice would have to take over his job) so ... yeah again GOOD LUCK

brother of zeus and hades, poseidon drew for shares of the world with his siblings and was given control of the seas. lord of the waters, he regularly gets into arguments when his greedy nature gets him into trouble with other gods and what they see as rightfully theirs. his power is only second to his brother zeus', something which gives him the automatic airs and graces of a 'man' who doesn't need to say please or thank you. he sees no need when he can simply take. he is also credited with creating horses, a gift for demeter who worked out how best to stave off his advances - keep him distracted with difficult tasks. his weapon of old is a trident, though these days he doesn't need it to cause an earthquake with his temper or shatter any object on the earth's surface with a thought. the seas obey his command, something which makes him the prime god of worship to sailors. in summary, poseidon is short-tempered, aggressive and greedy with a tendency to take it out on those around him on a colossal scale if he isn't appeased quickly. on a more positive note, if you do stay on his good side, be prepared to be showered with gifts he's actually worked hard to create for you. that or he might just buy you a fancy yacht.
MASTER minder : taken Thanks to his volatile, unpredictable and sometimes downright violent nature, Poseidon requires a master minder capable of both withstanding and calming his temper. This minder has to take control of situations that get out of hand quickly else they'll escalate until Poseidon has broken someone or something. Distraction techniques can work wonders provided they're presented in the right light. The relationship he shares with his master minder is one of genuine affection, if only because he/she should act very much like his PA. He'll ask for a lot, but in return they are gifted with the ability of WATER MANUPULATION. They'll also be a very convincing HORSE WHISPERER.
APPRENTICE minder : available As someone who will eventually take over the both demanding and sometimes gruelling task of playing minder to Poseidon, his apprentice minder should show real potential and dedication to their role. Confidence should be gained with experience and wallflowers need not apply unless they'd like a premature heart attack. this here is shiloh hutchinson who is the astrapois — a fancy word for zeus's master minder. as the big z's master minder, she's been given the power of weather manipulation (specifically the ability to wield lightning). as zeus' master minder, she has to deal with an awful lot of womanizing but, it turns out that shiloh here is also a womanizer herself. THEY'RE ESSENTIALLY TWO PEAS IN A MOTHERFUCKING POD, her and zeus, as far as playing the faithless, manipulative lying lover so i'm personally looking for (shaz please feel free to chime in with thoughts) an apprentice that will have a slightly different point of view on the matter and that can put up with SHENANIGANS from both zeus and shiloh (but never shenanigans together; shiloh isn't keen on the male persuasion).

Hel needs some minders guys. Both MASTER and APPRENTICE would basically serve the same function, bookkeepers/employees for her medium/bullshit occult store business. She'd treat them as friends, as she is the loneliest little goddess and she has none. Sex is unlikely from her direction, due to the whole half-corpse issue, but an awkwardsauce crush on a dude is entirely possible. Also, they must be able to put up with the constant stench of rotting flesh and the occasional bit of dead flesh. Both will be gifted with the ability to see dead people. But just a warning, once the dead know you can see them, they don't stop bugging you.

i actually have somebody that i'd like to au into this verse, so if you're keen on a minder, he could definitely serve! he's a little standoffish in an aloof sort of way, but only to people he doesn't like (and he'd have no choice but to like Hel). also not squeamish AT ALL so being a little dead won't bother him at all. (he's pretty unflappable).
So I have this sweet OC just gathering dust in my brain and I'd like to offer her for an apprenticeship. Her name is Gabrielle Moline and she is 24. Her skill include childcare, secretary work, singing, and writing. She's shy as fuck, sheltered, devoutly Christian (protestant), and easily manipulated. She was a Sunday school teacher, if that gives you more of an idea.
In her original intended universe, she gained the ability to see the future due to extensive military/medical testing, but I'm totally willing to strike that out for this verse.

anyway, long story short, hades is kind of the antithesis of both zeus and poseidon when it comes to how he treats his minders and you can bet that he treats his minders exceptionally well and after a period of at least like...five years, he welcomes his apprentice minder into the fold of people who actually get to see hades being a warm-ish person and obviously his master minder is already in that fold of people.
MASTER MINDER gets to enjoy the ability to turn things or themselves invisible (because he thinks it's a funny thing with his whole...unseen one nickname.). i'm actually really open with personalities and sexes. but i do want one of the minders to be a female, just for maximum 8| from persephone.
APPRENTICE MINDER actually gets the better power, i suppose, but they're given the gift of forcing obedience. so say the minder says STAY AND DON'T MOVE, whoever they're saying it to sure isn't going to move until the minder says they can. again, like the master minder, i'm open to all personalities and sexes, just as long as one of these two is a female.

DANIELLE YOUNG. I can see her either as either a master or apprentice. She can be pretty sarcastic and will shove all the bullshit aside to make sure you're honest with her. She's the kind of person who's been through enough crappy situations to know she won't allow any more without a fight. BUT SHE'S ACTUALLY A PRETTY DARN NICE PERSON, judgmental-free as long as you're not a total asshole or drowning in self-pity. Chain smoker, likes cats, makes many bad decisions and will follow you until the end of days if she thinks you're worth it. Totally open to any kind of powa.

This is Payton. He is not right in the head. In his original verse he's gone through a ritual that allows him to hop from world to world to bring forth their respective apocalypse, so being assigned to a deity that wants to CHANGE DA WORLD would suit him very well. Again, Payton is not right in the head, in the sense that he'll get everything messed up, ignore matters that are irrelevant to him and call you random names because he can't be assed to remember your real one. All your reasoning and logic will get a firm 'NONSENSE' from him. He is, however, unquestionably dedicated to his work, following through in an obsessively systematic way. His diet is basically doritos and sandwiches. He'd be better off as a master minder, I think! A power related to words or some sort of reality-bending would suit him best.

Craig Dallow. A shape-shifter in his OU (The Order), but I'm pretty flexible with possible powers! Reliable, realistic, placid, just about the best and most responsible minder anyone could get. He is estranged from his wife and two daughters but quietly still cares a big lot about them. Minds his own business (unless he's told to go snoop around, of course) and keeps secrets. Definitely a master minder!
ARTEMIS's minders should preferably be female, chaste (virgins preferred!) and be hella loyal. Artemis treats her minders and followers well, thought she is known to be tempermental at times. The MASTER will have NEAR IMMORTALITY and WATER MANIPULATION and will have been with Artemis a very long time. The APPRENTICE gets ANIMAL AFFINITY, talking to animals and birds and whatever else. Either minder can have been rewarded for exceptional devotion to the goddess or have been rescued from some situation if desired.
Any young men looking to seduce away her minders will be turned into toads. Whether they are minders of other gods or not.

I just prefer someone funky or weird, who can jive with Terpsichore's brand of bizarre (because that's what art and music are these days, aren't they?).
Hokay. For her Master minder: ideally a choreographer/director/manager kind of figure, someone who would naturally be in a guiding or boss-like position over a "poor" artist. I'm super flexible on the backstory points with this one, as long as they're somehow involved in the art world. Hooboy will they need some patience and out of the box thinking for this to work out. Terpsichore needs a babysitter, but if she thinks they're doing that, she'll throw a fit and ragequit. She's prone to letting herself get challenged to dance-offs, then hurting the other person when they lose. So they'll need to manage her everyday affairs somewhat and mop up after her messes a little. If it helps, their gift is awesome. It's the ability to bestow talent on others- and only others. They can't make themselves better dancers or singers, but they can boost someone else's talent. Profit???
The apprentice minder: I'd be looking for, ideally, a fellow artist/dancer/actor or creative mind. Weirdos wanted! Their duties would largely be artistic, not to mention just being a friend and fellow troll. She needs someone to ground her and feed her creative spirit. Gift is muscle mimicry as explained here- the ability to perform or do any action after you see it done. PB preference is open, although I have a soft spot for unconventional and/or POC choices.

atropos is extremely dispassionate, a necessity when you're the one responsible for ending every human life. as it stands her current master minder, kyle, is pretty diligent (but also GROSSLY MESSED UP EMOTIONALLY) so somebody who can tolerate atropos' moods and perhaps keep an eye on kyle would be excellent. they will be gifted with the ability to look at a person and know when they will die.

fabulinus is not a widely recognized god in the greco-roman pantheon. a household god, called upon by parents looking for their children to be blessed (fabulinus is responsible for a child's first spoken word) fabulinus is very much ALSO a bit of a child and, as a result, gifts his minder with YOUTH. which means that anybody that you roll can be an old soul, but should be pb'ed by a child! as it stands, his master minder is finnegan (pb'ed by a child christian bale) and if you need help finding a child pb, i'd be more than willing to help since i know those can be a little harder to come by. the apprentice minder would have to be able to deal with the fact that fabulinus is fairly spoiled and petulant to the big twelve of the house. they will be gifted with the ability to empathically to all children, irregardless of age or language.

the master minder is currently pending but essentially, sköll dicks around with his brother hati and their dad, fenrir — you know, that wolf. drifter-types are best, able to deal with pack mentalities and having to feed a bunch of layabouts who like to start fights and fuck around. they will be gifted with the ability to turn into wolves at will. because sköll is destined to swallow the sun and spends his days chasing it, his minders will both be averse to moonlight (but not in a IT WILL KILL YOU vampire way).

literally NO PREDETERMINED PREFERENCES for either of these guys. but basically gremory is responsible for some of the more sick and twisted sexual practices that exist in the world. she basically traipses around, taking lovers who she then corrupts to spread these appetites elsewhere throughout the world. minders will be expected to help spread the good word, so not for the squeamish. the master will be gifted with the ability to inspire gross sexual appetite . the apprentice will be gifted with the ability to see a person's secret desires .

master apprentice currently pending, flauros has something of a reputation among demons for killing their own. granted, this is not flauros's fault, just a messy loophole in the way his power works, but expect to not necessarily get along with other demon-kin. because flauros' power is to break the magic of other beings, both minders will be given immunity to the powers of other gods/deities/etc. (which means nobody else's mojo will work on them unless they want it to). flauros is a liar and professional deceiver who makes his way grifting through the world, conning people out of their money, their power, and their souls. the apprentice will be gifted with immunity from all other gods' and their minders' powers.

No specific gender or look is necessary for either, but a couple notes to bear in mind: Astaroth is inherently a deceitful type, and while he rarely (if ever) lies outright, he does do a lot of lying by omission, speaks in manipulative ways, and employs plenty of flattery and appeals to superiority to get what he wants. As the "prince of accusers and inquisitors," Astaroth favors those who are bold, intelligent, decisive, and not easily swayed in their opinions or belief. Other traits that might be useful for his minders to have (or would at least make their lives just a little easier in dealing with him) include resistance to his bribery and seduction, as well as a willingness to put up with his laziness, vanity, and general tendency to slither out of things.
Also! Astaroth's master minder will gain the power of invisibility, while his apprentice will gain dominion over serpents (including the ability to control and communicate with them).

So for Ganymede, I don't particularly care about gender, though men would probably work best. He needs people who aren't scared to travel to dangerous places with him in order to work with people and tribes who need assistance (food, setting up schools, helping stop human trafficking, etc.). Ganymede works hard and plays hard, so they need to be able to manage his schedule when he's home, as well, because he's often attending events and rubbing elbows with really famous people (which he occasionally and not always intentionally seduces). If he likes his minders enough, they'll also share his bed sometimes. 8|b The blessing he'll be giving them is a kind of unnatural charisma that basically lets them talk anyone into anything. It will also make them very attractive to other people.
Jormungand, um. Jormungand will need people who are willing to be patient with him, help him deal with people. He was alone for a long time before he started having minders, so he's not very good around others or at pretending to be human. they also need to be willing to put up with him slipping up, disappearing into the ocean for days at a time, and curling around them when he's cold. His blessing for them will be the ability to survive underwater, immunity to poisons, and rapid healing.
And last but not least, Oxumaré. He's intersexed and doesn't identify as either gender, but he doesn't care what pronoun people use for him (historically, he's been called a 'god' instead of 'goddess', so whatevs). As a sort of fertility god, he's the owner of a rather famous string of sex-stores, and on the side, he does some sex therapy and offers sex advice. Y u p. His minders need to be very open-minded, very comfortable in their own skins, and hopefully at least a little spiritual. His blessing for them will be the ability to give pleasure through touch, and to be able to shapeshift to a certain degree, from male to female and vice-versa.
