❝ FORCED HONESTY v2 ❞
no-one's denying that all these gods and godesses aren't formidable motherfuckers. I mean, let's face it, they're all thousands of years old have turned more hot virgins in to trees than your average mortal has had hot dinners. and even their minders can be pretty badass. but right here, right now, everyone present is bound by the highest authority to TELL NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH to whoever that asks it of them...

Sometimes it's time for them to depart this world. It isn't my place to interfere if their time has come.

And what about the ones who merely end up disabled for life?
no subject
They have a path to follow. They must have faith.

She tips her head towards his hands. ]
You'll ruin the hem like that, [ said idly. She doesn't care either way, just observing. ]

Ruining hasn't been my duty for a long, long time. How are you, Kathleen? [It's a silly question; if he wanted to know he could simply look into her mind, but that's something he would rather not resort to.]

Will you let me heal you?

Still, a small smile is crooked for Raphael. He's always been very aimable, when the mood strikes him. Barachiel is, in many ways, very near to human in that respect. ]
Hello, brother.

It's been a while.

Too long? [ he asks. His voice is kind. ]

I'm glad you're back.

[Uriel, being quite engrossed in matters of redeeming and saving and protecting through the CO19 often times gives little care for the wounds that come with the job. One might say he's selfless, but in part it is carelessness.
His minders have to remind him not to bleed on the couch.]

...I have headcanon for this and I wanted to ping you about it
For the advice I give Raziel, I am not unlike him in forgetting to mind myself as much as they mind me.
[Uriel admires the strength his brothers have, but it is more in his nature to find inner healing and physically protect all he loves from harm.
Still, there is always one healing he wonders if, while given to him freely, his brother judged him for.]

He smiles kindly and reaches for Uriel's shoulder, fingers squeezing gently, reassuringly. There isn't a day where he's tired of his brothers, simply worried for them.]
